If you are recently engaged and just starting the planning process, or have been at it for a while but don’t know how to move forward, the Full Plan is for you! Five Grain Events will assist with vendor selection accompanying you to as many vendor meetings as necessary. Your Five Grain planner will be with you from the time of booking through the last guest’s departure at your wedding directing the planning process and making it as enjoyable as possible. This is our most inclusive package and can be customized to include as many “extras” as needed.
You’ve started your planning process, have selected a date and a venue, but have hit a road block. The Mostly Plan includes 10 planning meetings either in-person or by phone to help direct your process. Whether you use these meetings for monthly brainstorming sessions, vendor meetings, or help with your latest DIY project, your Five Grain Events consultant is happy to help in whatever way you find most beneficial. The Mostly Plan will help ensure that the logistical aspects of wedding planning don’t overshadow the fun parts!
This package is perfect for the bride and groom looking for Day-Of Coordination with a few extras. Four in-person meetings, budget management, and vendor recommendations tailored to your needs and price range will give you an edge in your planning and allow you to get extra help in only the areas you have the most need. As in all of the packages, your Five Grain Events consultant will be there for the rehearsal and wedding day to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Two in-person planning meetings and unlimited email and phone correspondence with Five Grain Events from the time of booking until the day of your wedding. This package includes rehearsal coordination and day-of coordination until the last guest leaves your reception–a must for any event!
Need help addressing invitations or stuffing envelopes? Do you want a coordinator at your shower or rehearsal dinner? Need an additional brainstorming meeting or two with your consultant?
